Longstry Trading Co., Ltd. is a leading garment wholesale group in U.S. Established in 1989, Longstry has grown from a fleece hood wholesaler to a "one-stop farment specialty" wholesaler. Its warehouse is in New York sells Milano Moda brand of suits, shirts and shoes for men and boys, and Lynda's brand of suits, dresses, hats and handbags for ladies. Longstry also carries own-brand of Ties, Hats, Belts, Socks and Briefcases. It has customers across the region, covering U.S, Canada and U.K. Maintaining good services and fast delivery to customers is Longstry's mission.

A.TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

1.To expedite your order please identify items clearly by style number, size, and color.
2.Faxing the order sheet can expedite shipping process.
3.There is a mininum of 12 pieces to open an account with Longstry Trading Company.
4.Orders are subject to acceptance by Longstry Trading Company and prices are
subject to change without notice.
5.Credit card payments are accepted only with copy of credit, picture ID, and
authorization faxed to Longstry Trading Company.
6.All the customers with first order must make a deposit for the shipping charge.
7.Customers are required to pay Freight Fees for all the express orders by credit card.

B.TERMS

1.All terms are FOB our warehouse in New York.
2.No order may be cancelled without the written permission of Longstry Trading Company.
3.Refusal of packages will result in legal action.
4.Any special arrangement or understanding by any salesperson must be put in writing on
the order and is subject to our written approval.
5.Risk of loss of merchandise in route is buyer's responsibility.

C.RETURNS

1.No returns will be accepted without proper return authorization number.
2.All claims for defective merchandise must be submitted in writing within 5 days of
receipt of goods.
3.No returns will be accepted after 15 days of date of return authorization
